Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Bayamón store, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. This entry-level role emphasizes pet safety, salon excellence, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart's Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, transporting to vet if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and recommend products/services.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling passion, computer skills, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, organizational prowess, and ability to lift 50+ lbs in a wet, pet-filled environment with moderate noise.
