Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to positive pet experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing per company standards.
- Ensure safe environment; address sick/injured pets immediately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring pet handling comfort, customer service skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Strong communication, organization, and ability to lift 50+ lbs essential. Exposure to wet environments and moderate noise expected.
