Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Brandon, Manitoba store, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling and career advancement potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions in-person or by phone.
- Ensure safe environments; transport sick/injured pets to vets as needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and recommend health/wellness products.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy pet environments. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays essential.
