Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Buford store, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and ensure a safe, clean environment. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling and room for advancement in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary shaves per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and consultations with pet parents.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and recommend wellness products.
- Monitor pet health, act on emergencies, and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a pet-filled environment.
