Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Burleson, Texas location, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering exceptional salon services like bathing, brushing, nail trims, and more. Uphold safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to positive pet parent experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
Independently perform full menu of bath and brush services per PetSmart standards. Handle check-in/out, reservations, and recommend health/wellness solutions.
Safety & Cleanliness
Complete Splash training and certification. Ensure safe environments, report sick/injured pets, and maintain store cleanliness. Assist other departments as needed.
Customer Engagement
Greet pet parents, answer questions, sell merchandise/services, and participate in our culture of recognition.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring computer proficiency, pressure-handling ability, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and exposure to wet/hair-filled environments with live animals.
