Essential Physical Demands
Expect standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), handling wet/hairy conditions, moderate-to-high noise, and animal exposure. Depth perception required; accommodations available.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver full bath/brush services per PetSmart standards; manage check-ins/outs and reservations; recommend wellness solutions; ensure pet safety including vet transport if needed; maintain cleanliness; assist other departments; participate in Belonging culture.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—complete our Splash training. Need computer proficiency, composure under pressure, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, attention to safety/detail, and strong communication.
