Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Burnaby, BC location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience, customer interaction, and career advancement in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Perform full grooming services: baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary care.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend products, and enforce safety protocols.
- Respond to pet health issues and assist across store departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and physical ability to lift 50+ lbs in a fast-paced, pet-filled environment with moderate noise and wet conditions.
