Role Overview

PetSmart's Professional Pet Bather delivers exceptional salon services, engages pet parents, and upholds safety standards. This entry-level role in our Calgary, Alberta store involves hands-on pet care, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Key Responsibilities

• Complete Splash training and safety certification.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
• Perform baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing per PetSmart standards.
• Identify and address sick/injured pets, ensuring safe transport if needed.
• Recommend health solutions, sell merchandise, and assist other departments.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and follow all policies.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Must have computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing/walking, exposure to wet environments, pet hair, and moderate noise. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays essential.
