Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness. Ideal for animal lovers seeking rewarding, hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, greet pet parents, answer questions.
- Ensure safe environment; respond to sick/injured pets, transport to vet if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend/sell merchandise/services, assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible schedule (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, attention to safety/detail, strong communication. Physical demands: lift 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), stand/walk, exposure to wet/hair/noise/animals.
