Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Campbell, California store, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations in-person/phone/register.
- Ensure safe environment; report and transport sick/injured pets to vet as needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and assist other departments.

Required Qualifications
- Computer proficiency for bookings and operations.
- Composure under pressure with strong organization and safety focus.
- Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.
Physical Demands
