Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle pet parent interactions, reservations, check-in/out procedures.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Recommend health/wellness products and ensure pet safety.
- Maintain cleanliness, assist other departments, follow policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Key traits: computer proficiency, composure under pressure, organizational skills, strong communication, physical ability to lift 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), stand/walk extensively, work in wet/noisy environments with animals.
