Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Carlisle, PA location, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering exceptional salon services like bathing, brushing, nail trims, and more. Uphold safety standards, recommend wellness solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness while working flexibly across evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
• Perform full menu of bath services independently per company standards.
• Ensure safe environments, respond to sick/injured pets, and transport to vet as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sell merchandise/services, and assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

Entry-level role requiring pet handling enthusiasm, computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing/walking, exposure to wet environments, pet hair, and moderate noise. Flexibility for varied shifts essential.
