Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in Casselberry, Florida, you'll engage pet parents and pets, deliver salon services like baths, brushes, nail trims, and teeth brushing while upholding safety standards and store cleanliness. Share responsibility for positive experiences and recommend wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform full menu of bathing services independently per PetSmart standards.
- Ensure pet safety, respond to injuries, and maintain clean environment.
- Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring pet handling comfort, customer service skills, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Need strong communication, organization, computer proficiency, and ability to lift 50+ lbs in a fast-paced, pet-filled environment with moderate noise and wet conditions.
