Role Overview
As a Pet Bather at PetSmart in Castleton, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while ensuring positive experiences for pets and parents. This entry-level role involves bathing, brushing, nail trims, and more, alongside maintaining salon safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full menu of bath services independently per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, transporting to vet if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and recommend health/wellness products.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a pet-filled environment.
