Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Chandler, AZ location, you'll engage pet parents and pets, delivering salon services like baths, brushes, nail trims, and more. Uphold our vision of pet safety, store cleanliness, and exceptional customer experiences while recommending wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, greetings, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform full menu of bathing services per PetSmart standards.
- Ensure safety, respond to sick/injured pets, and maintain cleanliness.
- Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy environments with animals.
