Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Charlotte, NC location, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in pet care while contributing to store success through top-tier customer service and salon standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and perform full bath/brush services independently.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions in-person and via phone.
- Maintain safe environments, report sick/injured pets, and recommend wellness solutions.
- Uphold cleanliness, sell merchandise/services, and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling comfort, computer skills, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, organizational prowess, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in pet hair/wet environments.
