Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Charlotte, NC location, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with room to advance in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform bath, brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services per standards.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and provide wellness recommendations.
- Maintain safe environments, report sick/injured pets, and assist with store cleanliness.
- Sell merchandise/services and support other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling comfort, customer service skills, computer proficiency, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, organizational detail, and physical ability to lift 50+ lbs in a wet, noisy, pet-filled environment.
