Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in City of Industry, CA, you'll engage pet parents and pets, deliver salon services, uphold safety standards, and maintain store cleanliness. Share responsibility for positive experiences while recommending solutions. Full-time role with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Physical Demands
Stand, walk, lift up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), work in wet environments with pet hair and moderate noise. Exposure to live animals common; reasonable accommodations available.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Ensure safety; transport sick/injured pets to vet as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level opportunity requiring computer proficiency, composure under pressure, organizational skills, and strong communication. Passion for pets preferred; training provided.
