Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Clearwater, FL salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and contribute to store operations. Ideal for animal lovers seeking flexible, rewarding entry-level work.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary shaves per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and consultations with pet parents.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and pet safety; report/transport injured pets.
- Recommend merchandise/services and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Must have computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing/walking, exposure to wet environments, pet hair, and moderate noise. Flexible schedule essential (evenings, weekends, holidays).
