Role Overview

PetSmart's Professional Pet Bather delivers exceptional grooming services, engages pet parents, and upholds safety standards. This entry-level role in our Cochrane store involves hands-on pet care, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean salon environment in a dynamic pet retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Splash training and perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, and sanitary care per PetSmart standards.
• Greet pet parents, handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and recommend wellness solutions.
• Ensure pet safety, respond to health issues, and transport to vets if needed.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and assist other departments as required.
• Follow all policies while fostering a culture of belonging.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy environments with animals.
