Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our College Station store, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and ensure a safe, clean environment. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with room to advance in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, and sanitary care.
- Greet pet parents, handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and recommend products.
- Maintain safety standards, report sick pets, and assist with store cleanliness.
- Work flexibly across departments and participate in recognition programs.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet passion, customer service skills, physical stamina (lift 50+ lbs), and availability for evenings/weekends. Strong communication, organization, and composure under pressure essential.
