Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart's Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and consultations with pet parents.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and recommend wellness products.
- Ensure pet safety, respond to health issues, and assist across departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior grooming experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing/walking extensively, and working in wet, noisy settings with live animals. Depth perception and flexibility are essential.
