Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a dynamic retail environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and perform bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care.
- Greet pet parents, handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and recommend wellness solutions.
- Maintain safe environments, report sick pets, and ensure store cleanliness.
- Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments.
- Follow all policies while participating in recognition culture.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling passion, computer skills, strong communication, organizational abilities, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy pet environments.
