Role Overview

PetSmart's Professional Bather delivers exceptional grooming services, engages pet parents, and upholds safety standards. This entry-level role in our vibrant salon involves hands-on pet care, customer interactions, and maintaining a clean environment. Ideal for animal lovers seeking flexible, rewarding work.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
• Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and recommend wellness solutions.
• Ensure pet safety, report issues, and transport to vet if needed.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and assist other departments.
• Follow all policies, embracing our culture of Belonging.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Successful candidates demonstrate pet affinity, customer service skills, computer proficiency, composure under pressure, organizational detail, and schedule flexibility. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, wet/hairy environments, and animal exposure.
