Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Denton, Texas salon, you'll engage pet parents and pets, deliver top-tier bathing services, and uphold our vision of pet safety and satisfaction. Share responsibility for store cleanliness while recommending wellness solutions. Perfect for animal lovers seeking flexible, rewarding entry-level work.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services per standards.
- Ensure safe environments; act on sick/injured pets immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness, sell merchandise/services, and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need proficiency in computers, composure under pressure, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, wet/hairy environments, and animal handling.
