Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Duluth store, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional salon services, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care while building customer relationships and recommending wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Maintain safe environments, respond to sick/injured pets with vet transport.
- Ensure store cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in pet hair/wet environments with moderate noise.
