Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Dunwoody salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with room to advance.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training for safe bathing.
- Perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and customer inquiries.
- Recommend wellness solutions and sell merchandise.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and respond to pet health issues.
- Assist across store departments and follow all policies.
Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively, lift 50+ lbs, work in wet/hairy environments with moderate-high noise and live animals.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer skills, composure under pressure, flexible availability, organizational detail, and strong communication. Passion for pets essential.
