Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Easley, SC location, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. This entry-level role emphasizes pet safety, customer satisfaction, and salon excellence, with flexibility to support store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary shaves per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and recommend health/wellness products.
- Ensure safe environments; transport sick pets to vets as needed.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, and communication abilities. Must lift 50+ lbs, stand for shifts, and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays. Comfort with pets, wet environments, and moderate noise essential.
