Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering exceptional salon services like baths, brushes, nail trims, and more. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness while working flexibly across evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform full menu of bath services independently per company standards.
- Ensure safe environments and respond to sick/injured pets.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring computer proficiency, composure under pressure, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, stooping in a pet hair-filled, wet environment with moderate noise and live animal exposure.
