Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll engage pet parents and their furry friends, delivering top-tier bathing services while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with room to advance in our salons.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Maintain safe environments, report sick pets, and assist with store cleanliness.
- Recommend health solutions and merchandise to enhance pet wellness.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling comfort, customer service skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Must lift 50+ lbs, stand extensively, and thrive in dynamic, pet-filled settings.
