Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Edmonton, Alberta location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in pet care while contributing to store operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Perform bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend products, and assist other departments.
- Ensure safe environment; respond to pet health issues immediately.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling comfort, customer service skills, organizational prowess, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and wet/noisy environments with animals.
