Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Edmonton, Alberta location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in pet care while contributing to store operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend products/services, and assist other departments.
- Ensure safe environment; respond to sick/injured pets immediately.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet handling passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, organizational detail, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, wet/hair-filled environments, and animal exposure.
