Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and maintain store cleanliness. Ideal for animal lovers seeking flexible, rewarding entry-level work.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, greet pet parents, manage reservations, and provide consultations.
- Ensure safe environment; report and transport sick/injured pets as needed.
- Recommend merchandise/services and assist other departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible availability (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands: lift 50+ lbs, stand/walk extensively, work in wet/noisy pet environments.
