Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and maintain cleanliness. Ideal for animal lovers seeking entry-level pet care roles with impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, greet pet parents, manage reservations, answer questions.
- Ensure safe environment; respond to sick/injured pets, transport to vet if needed.
- Recommend merchandise/services, maintain store cleanliness, assist other departments.
- Follow policies, participate in recognition culture.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring pet handling comfort, customer service skills, and flexibility. Must lift 50+ lbs, stand extensively, work in wet/noisy environments with animals. Need computer proficiency, composure under pressure, strong communication/organization.
