Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Euless store, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional salon services, and uphold pet safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care while building customer relationships and recommending wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations in-person and via phone.
- Ensure safe environments, identify sick/injured pets, and transport to vet as needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness, sell merchandise/services, and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling for evenings/weekends/holidays, organizational skills, attention to detail/safety, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, stooping in a wet, pet hair-filled environment with moderate noise.
