Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Everett, MA location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience, customer interaction, and pathways to grooming careers in a fun, pet-filled atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and recommend health/wellness solutions.
• Ensure safe environments; transport sick pets to vets as needed.
• Assist other departments and follow all policies.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Strong organization, communication, and ability to lift 50+ lbs in a fast-paced, wet, noisy environment with live animals essential.
