Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Fall River, MA location, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. This entry-level role emphasizes pet safety, customer satisfaction, and salon excellence, with flexibility to support store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary shaves per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and consultations with pet parents.
- Maintain a safe environment, respond to sick/injured pets, and recommend wellness solutions.
- Uphold store cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior grooming experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and availability for evenings, weekends, holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a pet-filled environment.
