Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Faribault, MN location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in pet care, customer service, and salon operations, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary shaves per company standards.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations in-person and via phone.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and recommend wellness products.
• Ensure safe environment; respond to sick/injured pets and assist other departments as needed.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing/walking, exposure to wet environments, pet hair, and moderate noise. Must love animals and thrive in a fast-paced pet retail setting.
