Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Foley, Alabama location, you'll engage pet parents and their furry companions, delivering exceptional salon services while upholding PetSmart's vision of pet safety, wellness, and satisfaction. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic pet retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
• Handle check-in/out, greet pet parents, answer questions, and manage reservations.
• Recommend health/wellness products and ensure a safe environment for pets, associates, and customers.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required – we'll train you! Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), standing, and working in a wet, pet-filled environment with moderate noise.
