Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Fort Collins, Colorado location, you'll engage pet parents and their furry companions, delivering exceptional salon services like baths, brush-outs, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care. Uphold PetSmart's vision by ensuring pet safety, store cleanliness, and positive experiences both in-salon and at checkout.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Handle check-in/out, greet pet parents, answer questions, and manage reservations.
• Independently perform full bath/brush services per company standards.
• Recommend health/wellness solutions and sell merchandise/services.
• Maintain safe environments, respond to sick/injured pets, and assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

No prior grooming experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure. Must be flexible for evenings, weekends, holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, stooping in a wet, pet-hair-filled environment with moderate noise and live animal exposure.
