Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and maintain cleanliness. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling.
Essential Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively, lift up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), work in wet/hairy environments with moderate-high noise and live animals. Depth perception required; accommodations available.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and consultations in-person/phone/register.
- Ensure safe environment; act on sick/injured pets, transport to vet as needed.
- Recommend/sell merchandise/services; assist other departments; maintain cleanliness.
- Follow policies, participate in recognition culture.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, pressure composure, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational/detail skills, strong communication. Passion for pets essential.
