Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in pet care while contributing to store operations and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Maintain safety for pets, associates, and customers; respond to health issues.
- Recommend products/services and uphold store cleanliness.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet handling comfort, customer service skills, computer proficiency, organizational abilities, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy environments with animals.
