Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Fullerton, CA location, you'll engage pet parents and their furry friends, delivering top-tier bathing services while upholding safety standards and store cleanliness. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and provide exceptional pet parent experiences.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, ensuring safe transport to vets if needed.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and recommend health/wellness solutions and merchandise.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a pet-filled environment with moderate noise.
