Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Garland, Texas location, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering exceptional salon services like bathing, brushing, nail trims, and more. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness while participating in our commitment to pet wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Independently perform full bath/brush services per company standards.
- Ensure safe environments and respond to sick/injured pets.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a pet-filled environment with moderate noise and wetness.
