Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Gilbert, Arizona salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and ensure a safe, clean environment. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with room to advance.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care.
- Greet pet parents, handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and recommend wellness solutions.
- Maintain safety standards, respond to sick/injured pets, and uphold store cleanliness.
- Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
Required
- Pet handling proficiency and safety focus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Computer skills and composure under pressure.
Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively, lift 50+ lbs, work in wet/hairy environments with moderate-high noise and live animals.
