Key Responsibilities

• Master PetSmart's Splash training for safe, professional bathing.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and consultations with pet parents.
• Perform full-service baths, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary shaves per company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe salon environment and assist with merchandise sales.
• Respond swiftly to pet health issues and collaborate across departments.

Experience & Skills

No prior grooming experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, organizational prowess, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for shifts, and working in a pet-filled environment.
