Role Overview
Our Professional Pet Bather delivers exceptional salon services, engages pet parents, and upholds safety standards. This entry-level role involves hands-on pet care in a dynamic retail environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Stand, lift up to 50lbs, and thrive in a pet-filled, moderately noisy space.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform full bath/brush, nail trims, and sanitary services per standards.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and recommend wellness solutions.
- Maintain safety for pets/associates, report injuries, and ensure store cleanliness.
- Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments as needed.
- Follow all policies while participating in our recognition culture.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required – just a passion for pets! Successful candidates demonstrate computer proficiency, composure under pressure, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50lbs, standing, stooping, and exposure to wet/hairy environments with live animals.
