Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Grande Prairie store, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering exceptional salon services while upholding PetSmart's vision. Share responsibility for store cleanliness, pet safety, and recommending solutions to enhance pet wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle pet parent interactions, reservations, check-in/out procedures.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Maintain safe environments and respond to sick/injured pets.
- Recommend merchandise/services and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and exposure to wet environments/pets.
