Role Overview
As a Pet Bather at PetSmart in Green Bay, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional salon services, and maintain a safe, clean environment. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care while building customer relationships and recommending wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Ensure pet safety, respond to sick/injured pets, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Recommend and sell merchandise/services while assisting other departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling comfort, customer service skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Must lift 50+ lbs, stand extensively, and thrive in a fast-paced, pet-filled environment with moderate noise and wet conditions.
