Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and drive positive experiences in a fast-paced pet retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
- Recommend health/wellness products and maintain store cleanliness.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring pet handling comfort, customer service skills, schedule flexibility, organizational prowess, and communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, wet/hair-filled environment with moderate noise.
